Start with the latest Intel graphics drivers and Nvidia graphics drivers.

You can force your browser to use the Nvidia GPU if you want. Iris Xe does have issues with web-browsing and HDCP sometimes. So copyrighted content will sometimes cause artifacts.

  • Open Nvidia control panel
  • Select "manage 3D settings in left sidebar
  • Click on tab "Program settings"
  • Find "Google Chrome" (or whatever browser you are searching for) from dropdown list. If you can't find it in the list, click on the "Add" button on the right and add it from there.
  • And now simply choose which graphic card you want to use from dropdown list 2.
  • Apply changes (and maybe restart browser)

I did your steps but still seeing those black spots on my screen while browsing. So the only other option is giving to the computer service as its guarantee not expired yet.

This is an issue with all Chromium based browsers. You need to enable OpenGL for Edge.

To do this, type edge://flags into your URL bar. Then look for #use-angle. In the dropdown, select OpenGL. Restart your browser and the issue should no longer appear.
So do you think that there is no problem on the hardware side linked to this issue?
I mean i dont need it to send to the service?

Absolutely not. Do not waste money on hardware fixes before you’ve exhausted software fixes.

I am not saying that the above posters, who are no doubt experienced in hardware, are wrong, but I do not think they know about this issue with Chromium as it is a bit nuanced.

Please use the computer as you normally would today after you have made the changes I suggested. Please report back here tomorrow or at the end of the day with any issues you may have had happen.

If you have not experienced any issues, please mark my above answer as correct with the checkmark that way other users searching up this problem can find the fix easily. :sourire:

i did what you instruct. But the black squares still appearing however the duration is down to very limited time like miliseconds.
