Black borders on monitor

I have a Seiki SE241TS and AVG rebooted my computer and when it booted up there were big black borders on both sides of my monitor. the display is still running and is just compressed in the middle. does anyone know how to fix it? and I am running two monitors the second one is a Acer AL1916W. could that be the problem?

if you use a amd gpu check this in ccc if the falt screen settings is set to adapt picture to panel and scaling by gpu there is a similar option with nvidia with another name .

i have tried that. it did nothing

does the screen are set 1920x1080 and check under desktop proprerty in ccc if parameter are set to 1080 p and tha the 1080 p in on for the desktop zone and landscape is on ,the other thing both screen dont have same native resolution so try to set both as the acer setting .

i have an nvida card. where do i look for that in the nvidia control panel?
