[SOLVED] Black Box at the Top right of the screen

I don't know what I did, but I actually turned on a black box on the top of my screen that looks like this

And the Esc key does not dismiss the box?

Appears to be a utility program of some sort.

Have you recently downloaded any new software or upgraded some app?

Does the box continue to appear after shutdowns?

Look in Task Manager to see if anything new has been added to Startup.

And keep watching Task Manager. Look to see what has started running when the box appears.

The esc key doesn't work.

I have not downloaded anything, it occurred randomly, some time after startup, I believe I triggered it on.

No, nothing new has been added to the startup.
