Black box in bottom right of both monitors

I'm unsure why this issue occurs but sometimes when my PC starts up, there are black boxes in the bottom right corner on both of my monitors. I run both of my monitors on two separate graphics cards which is a bit confusing to me as why the boxes are on both. It seems to throttle down my high-end PC and heavily reduces frame rate in games. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have since fixed the problem. I factory reset the pc while retaining all of the files that were on it. I had to reinstall the software, but once that was accomplished everything was fixed.
