Black box keeps popping up

A black box keeps popping up with some text for a fraction of a second before disappearing again. Should I be worried about this?

That would be the command prompt box. Might have something to do with some startup programs or programs that you are using. Shouldn't be a cause for concern. You can try this https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/ if you want to make sure.
