Having this problem with Chrome that's been bugging my browser and interfering with my work, for past 2 weeks:

Whenever I change tabs by clicking on them with the mouse, I get these random black boxes, like shadows across the screen. They appear in totally random locations and disappear after a click or two on the page.

It seems to happen more often when I use Gmail, but I am not sure.

I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest Nvidia Driver. I have even used DDU once.
CCleaner,re-installing Chrome 64 bit version. Malwarebytes and Defender scans.
Also tried clearing Chrome's entire history (cookies, cache etc).

Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix?
My GPU is running fine imo and temps are 32 c when browsing.

Windows 10 64 bit.
Asus GTX 670 DC2T version.

I wanted to add that this issue persists even with the latest Nvidia Driver that came out a few days ago. I tried pretty much anything with little results. This only occurs with Chrome and I think Gmail is the culprit. Resetting Chrome and reinstalling it didn't help either.
