Question Black desert afk overnight

Hi what's causing my my PC to shut down while afk fishing in BDO? a few night ago it was alright no shut downs or anything but today after waking up and when I checked my PC it was off. Now this happened alot on my older PC cause I was playing below the recommended requirements (core 2 quad q8400) but now I dont really know why it shuts down... My temps when playing BDO on medium it was in the range between 40-56C. Another question is when I'm doing fishing and then sending it to tray it suddenly goes out of the tray and back to window screen mode when I leave it for a while to do errands.

I'd start with Windows error logs and try to see what time the shut down occurred and what the last log says.
