black dots on the socket

Does anyone know whats that 4 dots on the TR4 socket?

Since it looks like two layers of steel join together in the area, I'm going to guess these are spot-welds holding the two parts together and the retention mechanism manufacturer didn't bother cleaning the electrode spots to hide them.

I saw other boards like i have
and non of them have thoes dots

If you are concerned about them, ask the board manufacturer. Random guys on forums can't replace the board for you.

Since the spots are precisely mirrored across the hinges though, they clearly aren't accidental so I'm fairly certain the board manufacturer will simply tell you that there is more than one socket manufacturer and some of them weld socket plates together while others don't. If you look closely at online pictures though, you can find quite a few with socket that also have those 'spots' in similar precisely mirrored locations, though most pictures are either too zoomed out or at the wrong angle to easily tell.
