Black Flickering/Tearing in Corner of Screen

During the past week I have noticed a black flickering/tearing in the top left corner of my screen. I updated the graphics driver and it seemed to stop. I haven't noticed it the past couple of days but just today I have noticed it a few more times. It doesn't do it a lot, just once in a while. Any idea why it would be doing this?

This is my PC

I've upgraded the video card to an Asus Radeon HD 7850 Direct CU II and the power supply to a Cougar 760W 80+ Bronze.

Update:

I finally caught a picture of it. This is what it looks like. I've also noticed that's only when I'm watching Twitch streams and occasionally YouTube videos. It never does it during games.
