Black Friday Computer Parts

As you know it's Black Friday weekend and a lot of computer parts are on sale. The parts I'm looking for are an i5-4690k, LGA1150 mono, and 4x2 ram at any speed. My question is will any of these go down even more in price or should I just buy them now? The 4690k is only $209.

Not more than 10 - 20 dollars.
The mark up on computer parts isn't very high, they don't make a lot of money selling them. They won't drop in price very much.
It's generally just electronic garbage that's cheap on Black Friday. No name brand TV's, old hardware, etc.
