Hello, i just got a new set of PCs for work and there seems to be a problem with the display as there is a black bar on the right of the screen and the left side of the screen is out of the monitor so i cant see the start button.
it's like that even in the bios and when system is starting up,
it was a 5cm gap at first, i was able to move the screen to the right with the monitor buttons but it only went so far until it was maxed out so its a 2cm gap now. i have 2 of these monitors and both have this same problem.

my PC is running on core i3 6100 and intel integrated graphics. (windows 8.1)

i tried installing the latest graphics driver for my integrated graphics but it still isn't fixed.
i really could use some help.

Ok guys i was able to fix the problem, i still dont know what caused it but when i reset the monitor settings and set the scaling on the Intel graphics control panel on scale full screen it was fixed.
thank you

I connected the monitor to another pc it worked fine for 5 seconds and then again the monitor went black and when it came back the right side was black.

yes the monitors only connect via VGA and yes they are running at their native resolution as the manufacturer website says.

With analogue VGA connections you sometimes have to set the monitor to auto adjust. Do that if you encouter the problem again. The monitors usually have a button that does just that.
