Black horizontal lines appears while playing games on my new laptop

Hi recently purchased Dell Inspiron 5459 laptop. Its installed with Amd Radeon m335 4Gb graphic card. When I play games on laptop, then after some time black lines starts coming on screen.
I have updated all the drivers from dell website. Since problem was not solved so I downloaded latest driver from amd website and installed it. But again lines are coming.

Did anyone faced similar problem? I have upgraded PC RAM. Can this be due to new RAM? Although I have ran some memory test and they passed.
Is this a hardware issue?

yes hardware issue. probably vram on the amd gpu. return the laptop

Is there a way of checking/test graphic card memory for errors, so that I can be sure that its a issue with graphic card hardware.
