Black-light retribution lags! :(

Ive been playng black-light retribution and ever since i upgraded the amd graphics drivers to the latest one its been lagging:9 i have a phenom ii x4 @ 3.8 ghz and a ati 6770 and my cpu is at about 40% and the graphics card is at about 98% but i get above 60fps, so i thought that was kind of weird to experience lag when the fps isnt low. Any suggestions?

It could be your ping. If you play are from the us and play on an aus server, you will get over 200 ping so you will experience lag. In blacklight the latency lag is pretty bad unlike other games. When you next play check your ping.
