Question Black Mark on my brand new AOC 24G2U

I just got my brand new 24g2u and it has a small translucent black mark that definitely isn't dirt and doesn't look like a dead pixel to me. Do I return?

That looks like a finger smudge while fingers had oil or grease on them. Might want to take a mild soapy water solution(not rubbing alcohol) and a microfiber clothe to the affected area and see if the mark is gone. Does this come up on other images with different colors?

Yes, it does, but it is really small and I can only see it if I'm looking. I've tried to clean it, but the mark is still there, It looks like its in the screen. ty for the reply
