Black Mesa options help.

I had error couldnt load library client,after hard doing i did it,but im stuck at 800x600 res and nothing works.When i click options nothing too,help ?!

EDIT:Started with this res,and at end of tram ride there's no security guard,help?While riding tram there are guards,scientists...etc help with this too!Give any idea dont just read
