Hi, long time lurker, but now I need some help.

I built a computer this year (yay). It ran great for a while (yay), but it started having some issues. One day it didn't turn on. I've replaced a lot of components and it feels like I should have addressed that issue, it's just that now I can't get the computer to turn on. The Asus monitors blue screen (saying no signal) and then go to black as if they aren't connected. When the computer is in an 'on' state, the fans are on and lit and the motherboard is lit up. It appears to be running.

I've gone through all the steps that I can think of on this page - https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...ng-about-post-boot-no-video-problems.1285536/ , but nothing is working. I've been at this for months (mostly waiting for black friday to come around to get a new GPU), but it's frustrating.

I've replaced the motherboard and ram and cpu. I've tried taking the desktop GPU out and just using the CPU to no luck. I'm using a ASUS monitor that works when I plug the HDMI cable into my laptop. I use the same cable in the GPU of the desktop so I don't think it is a monitor or cable issue.

I almost have a completely new computer, but I'm still getting this no black screen issue. Can the PSU be bad even though it seems to power everything? Part of me thinks I'm missing something simple, but I can't figure it out. Help!

Here's a link to an image of the pc when it's turned on - https://photos.app.goo.gl/ucvF422upnGmMqJm7

Any thoughts would be appreciative.

It seems you have done a lot so far. Unfortunately, I am having trouble tracking what knowledge you have gained from all the changes. Specifically, the following question:

Which parts have you been able to confirm as working?

MSI B450 TOMAHAWK motherboard has EZ Debug LEDs to indicate problems with system. Did any of these light up at any time?
