Black ops 2 crashing?

hi,
im guessing black ops 2 is crashing on a variety of systems , randomly?

is this accurate?

running a system with plenty of power and it crashed randomly..unless it windows 8 doing it?

I have heard several stories of it crashing on 8 but not as many on 7...

Hi Brett,
Thanks for the insight. I figured it was either windows or the game designed poorly and needing an update. I just wanted to make sure it wasnt my system, but then again my system never crashed, just on a few titles.. that and ghost recon

I am running it on 7 ... no crashes at all... a few bugs in the game (damn horses) but still runs...

I have had zero problems on Windows 7 until yesterday. It crashes on a regular basis now in multiplayer. This is what I am getting:
