Black ops 2 error :- t6sp.exe - Entry Point Not Found

Hi everyone

I resently installed black ops 2

After installation i've tryed to run black ops 2 and i get this:-

Error message:- The procedure entry point CreateDXGIFactory1 could not to located in the dynamic link library dxgi.dll

Ive tryed reinstalling the game a few times and i get the same error message


Can you please help me

This is known to occur if Vista SP2 is not installed.
