Black ops 2 fps decreases

I get 60 fps or more when I'm in title menus but right when i get in a game
like MultiPlayer online / vs bots i always get 20 - 24 fps
is there a way i could increase my fps?

Well i just turned off alot of things and seems to work out now
i have 30-40 fps in games now 😀

As labrynthian asked, what are your specs? The game is not very demanding on hardware. It basically is a console port gameplay wise with graphical enhancements for PC.

The minimum requirements are:
OS: Windows Vista SP2 or Windows 7
CPU: Intel Core2 Duo E8200 2.66 GHz or AMD Phenom X3 8750 2.4 GHz
Memory: 2GB for 32-bit OS or 4GB for 64-bit OS
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce 8800GT 512 MB or ATI Radeon HD 3870 512 M
Hard Drive: Approximately 15-16 GB HD space. (Dependent on language and edition.)

I max out the graphics at 1920x1080 @ 60FPS with
Win 7 Home Premium 64-bit
i3-2100 3.1ghz
2x4gb DDR3 1333
Radeon 6850 1gb

Well my specs are a bit better than yours , only difference is i think i have a better processor and definantly a better gfx card ! Nvidia Gforce 555m 2gb , and even with all the options on the lowest i cant get 50 fps stable !! something is extremely wrong i can run ANY game on max FPS but not Black Ops 2 !!!

Something isn't wrong thats just a low end card. No way could you max anything from the last 3 years.
