Black Ops 2 graphics glitch

I just purchased Black Ops 2 and yes I know it was probably a stupid purchase. Anyways I fired it up and I'm having this graphical issue not only in multiplayer but singleplayer. I have a HD 7950, 16GB Ram, etc so yes I can run this max settings no problems. I have no issues with any of my other games and BF3 on Ultra runs smooth as butter. I posted a short clip on YouTube. If you look at my gun you see pixilation. Anyone have an idea of what this is?

i experienced it too.....
i tried many patches and all with no avail.....
try applying the latest patch of the game....maybe it'll help
