Black ops 2 massive lag (PC)

Hello, I just installed Call of Duty: Black ops 2, and I've been experiencing massive lag, even in the main menu. It makes the game unplayable.

I can run MW3 without any performance-related issues.

--Specs:--
CPU: AMD A4-6300 3.7 GHz
RAM: 6 GB
GPU (integrated): AMD Radeon HD 8370D (1024 MB)
MOBO: MSI A68HM-E33 V2

I think Black Ops 2 requires at least an HD 3870, which is almost twice as powerful as the 8370D for most things.

Oh, I think i got it running. (after several restarts). And it runs at 20 FPS, which is still ok for me.
