How well will my system run Black ops 2?

Ram: 4.1 GB
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
Video card: AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series

minimum for Black ops 2 is

CPU:Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 2.66 GHz or AMD Phenom X3 8750 2.4 GHz


Video Card: Nvidia GeForce 8800GT 512 MB or ATI Radeon HD 3870 512 MB
OS: windows vista or 7

So how well can i run it? Maxed or what?

Maxed solid 60fps I would guess unless they finally updated their engine (I doubt it), so yeah you should be fine. You only said 6900 series so you could have either a 6950 or a 6970 but either way maxed shouldn't be a problem.

Supposedly they have made some improvements to their graphics engine, and have dropped DirectX 9 support for Black Ops 2. Even so, I think your system will have no trouble running the game. You'll probably still be able to max it out.
