Someone is selling this PC to me and want to play bo3 on it with medium graphics with at least 30 fps.

This PC is not really capable of running it. The parts are pretty old. No price is listed here but for $450-500 you could build a PC that could run most games pretty handily. Let me know if you'd like some help designing one. I actually have a part list laying around for around that price range if you're interested.

Yeah I don't know, your CPU might be ok. Your GPU on the other hand probably won't. Like CapyWarrior said you could build a PC that runs BO3 easily for ~$500. If you really want to play on this PC low graphics at ~20 fps seems possible but I highly recommend either building your own or buying a complete (usually cheaper to build it yourself).
