Black Ops 3 PC FullScreen SIZE HELP!

Okay so it used to be that on my 1920x1080 monitor I could make the resolution 1600x900 and it still be fullscreen, now when I change this it actually makes the visible Black Ops 3 Smaller.

In the Settings/Graphics, just under the resolution it says "Display Mode": select "Fullscreen"

Already did, 1600x900 fullscreen just makes it a small window with no border 1600x900.
