Black Ops 3 PC NAT type issues

Black ops 3 PC said it tried to use UDP port 3074 for an open NAT type (menu>options>network). I forwarded it and whenever I launch COD, it removes the port forward. It just gets removed from the router settings right as the game opens. I have tried with other ports but only 3074 gets removed and it is the only one I need. My NAT type is moderate right now. In the past, I have got it to open, but after the recent update it changed it to moderate and this problem is happening now.

The PC has no control over the routers port forwarding. Make the change, save it and then reboot the router. My old ASUS router had trouble accepting a port forward without a reboot

Bro can u step by step explain tell me what to do ? I have an asus router , what should I do now ? When I playing with my laptop , the nar type is open , but play with desktop it's moderate.
