Black ops 4 locked to 60hz

I have the weirdest thing when playing black ops 4. For some reason the game locks my game to 60hz when I have both my 144hz and 2nd monitor with 60hz connected. The 144hz monitor is my primary monitor in every setting I am pretty sure. And all my games always launch on it. I have also never had a problem with any other game. As soon as i disconnect my 2nd monitor it lets me put my game on 144hz.
Any suggestions on a fix? Thank you.

Thank you for the answer. But I always play fullscreen and like I said. It does work when i disconnect the 2nd monitor. Which is just weird.

Try going to Nvidia control panel and disabling the vsync that should probably work also in your game settings disable vsync, if you are using MSI Afterburner check those settings as well it will also lock your game at 60fps if it's 60fps on it look under your display settings in MSI Afterburner

Vsync will only lock on 60fps if you have a 60Hz pannel but he has 144Hz so he will have 144fps that doesnt make sense lol,
There is something different going on.

Vsync is never on and it does work. Just not with the 2nd monitor attached.

Yea its litterly just black ops 4. So wondering if they just made a mistake in their game.
