Black ops Black screen

ive brought black ops on steam(my friend wanted to play), when i play the game for more than 2 mins my screen goes blank...

I have seen and tried so many fixes but nothing works..

had the similar issues with cod 4 (kept minimising) but i just changed the recording device to stereo mix and it fixed it.

i have been trying for days to sort it with no luck.

intel i3-3240 cpu
16gb ram
windows 8
HD7850
Xonar DGX 7.1

ive tried new drivers and fresh install of windows aswell...

Also disabled audio devices that im not using.
