Black Ops II LAG

Hi guys,
I have been having unusual lag in BO2 since i got the game though i know i can run the game in at least Minimum settings according to Game-Debate.

GPU: AMD HD 6770m
CPU: i5 2410m 2.7 GHz
RAM: 8 GB

You should be running it much higher than minimum settings. I had a massive lag spike too. Now I play with 60+ fps on ultra 1080p. And only thing I did is disabled shadows. SHADOWS were killing the game. Idk why but it also worked in GTA IV. when I disabled shadows i could play with everything maxed out
