Yup, you will be able to run it relatively smoothly. At Ultra, probably AT LEAST 40++ FPS.

Yup, both will run quite alright If you want a solid 60fps. Lowersome details, but for the most part, you are good to go on both titles!

In Black Ops 2, disable Ambient Occlusion (it's broken) and disable Bokeh Depth of Field. It's a massive performance sink.

Ambient occlusion is a great visual effect that usually great enhances visuals. It's just that in BO2 it literally doesn't do anything.
