Black out issue

Hi guys,
I built my system this week, and I installed ubuntu and windows 10 on it for research.
The problem here
1)Sometimes, it will suddenly suddenly blackout in windows. The monitor still got signal(but black), everything is running(I can hear fan noise). I can't force shutdown my pc without switch off the power(Which is not right, I can force shutdown by pressing power butteon for like 5 secs)

2)In ubuntu, sometimes it will just freeze...

Here's my specs:
GPU: 1080ti
CPU: Ryzen 1800x
Ram: Ballistix Sport LT 32GB Kit
Motherboard: ASUS Prime X370-pro
SSD: Samsung evo 250GB
Power: EVGA 650 GQ
Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H110i

Did you check temps? Reseat the components? Try different RAM? Could be anything from a damaged component to something not connected right when you installed it.
