" i tried a different monitor and its just as bad, monitors tried with the same result, asus vg279q, asus vg27aq,
pc specs
cpu: I9 9900k
mobo: asus z-390 prime-a
gpu: evga rtx 3080 ti ftw3
Ram; corsair vengeance rgb pro 4x8gig
psu: corsair hx1000
