Question Black rectangle on upper side of monitor

Hello guys i own a AOC G2590FX and i have one problem. In league of legends(only here) maybe 2 times per game there will blink black rectangle on upper side of monitor. Only way to fix it is to reinstall drivers to Windows dedicated(wich install automaticly) then problem dissapear. I was contacting league support they give me some tips but they doesnt work. Is there any way to fix it or only older drivers? I have rtx 2070 so i want to use DLSS options in some new games. Im running on 456.71 drivers now.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Do you have another known working (without black rectangle) monitor or TV to swap in?

Or are you able to test the problem monitor on another known working computer system?

Determine if the problem follows the monitor or stays with the host computer.

Another thought is to swap in other known working video cables.

2.Yes i have second 60hz asus monitor.
3.No im not able to run on other system and this problem is only with latest drivers, if im using older drivers(456.71 now, windows automaticly install them) i dont have this problem
