Black screan crash

Hi i'm using a PC that occasionally just black out on me while i'm playing league of legends... This is so annoying. The game gets weird FPS drops( from 120-(34-50) then out of nowhere the screen turns black but the PC is still running and when i try to shut it down it wont so i have to turn it off at the PSU.

AMD FX-6100
MSI 760GM-P23(FX) (MS-7641) Motherboard
Nvidia GeForce GT630

That is a really old GPU so my first guess would be a dieing card. Try to use that card on another pc or another card in that pc and see if with the new gpu that still happens.
