Question Black screen 30 seconds after loading a game

After replacing my motherboard, ram and cpu, a started having issues with loading games. The PC black screens and crashes every time I load a game. 30 seconds I load the game PC crashes. All temperatures are fine. CPU is not even touching 55 degrees Celsius, gpu is below 60 degrees. The gpu works just fine in my older system. Motherboard is a Gigabyte Ga-h110m-s2h, the cpu is an i5 6400, ram is IJ ram 2133mhz, the gpu is a RX 470 ASUS strix. I have also installed a fresh copy of Windows and updated the BIOS to the latest version. Anybody have any idea what the issue is here?

Not possible, psu is a 550w fractal integra M, this exact PSU has been powering my old system with this very gpu, old cpu was q9300 overclocked to 3.3 ghz on a very high voltage. So I doubt the PSU is the issue here.
