Question Black screen after 2 or 3 seconds

Hello
My desktop was runing fine this morning (Windows 10) but this afternoon, it seems to boot properly but the screen goes black after 2 or 3 seconds !!!
If I turn the monitor off then on again, the screen will show up, but then back to black screen after 2 or 3 seconds...
The hard disk's LED is flashing, but that's it.......
What's going on?

Ok....monitor is dead
I tried with a brand new one and it works just fine!
