Question Black screen after BIOS screen, BIOS not responding to my input

Apr 28, 2019
Hi, I have a problem with my PC.
The computer was built by my own and on first power on, it turns on, and managed to get into the BIOS Screen. The keyboard lights turned on. It takes very long and eventually goes into black screen. Even with a reboot, trying to access any functions stated in the BIOS will cause a black screen as if it is not really responding and my keyboard lights turned off. No hdd light, CPU fan and case fan is blowing at full speed. CMOS reset didn't work either.

Tried to remove the ram stick to only one and still has the same issue. No ram stick can cause power looping. Even the SSD and HDD are both unplugged, mouse and keyboard are removed. Even with windows 10 bootable usb it just goes black screen. Connections are re seated.
Can't plug in direct to the motherboard as it doesn't give out any display.

My specs
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B75M D3H
RAM: HyperX Fury 2x4GB DDR3 RAM 1600MHz
Processor: Intel Core i7-3770
Cooler: CoolerMaster i30
Graphics Card: HP OEM GYX 960 2GB
Storage: Transcend SSD 220GB
HP 3TB 7200RPM
PSU: CoolerMaster MasterWatt 550

What is the cause of this problem?
