Hello graphics card community!

I have yet to have another problem with my system. I bought a new GTX 730 to replace an old graphics card (AMD). I used my onboard settings to uninstall all the previous drivers, install the new ones and then finally set the default setting in the bios to the PCI E option. However, when I boot the graphics card takes up 1/3 of the screen with the acer text and then it goes black after that, it's not clear back as if it was turned off but it's black WITH A SIGNAL. I've tried HDMI and VGA. I don't know why this is a black screen but it'll be great if I could get some help!

Specs:
Acer M3450
Acer M3450 Motherboard
EVGA GTX 2GB GDDR5
8GB RAM
2TB HARD (Windows 10&7)

I've already updated bios used DDU but I haven't tried a legacy mode because there is no option in the bios for that.

It's a completely new card, I bought it from the store about a few days ago. The card says it needs a 300 Watt power supply and I exactly have that. I reset the bios and nothing. Still has the whole screen pushed over to the right and a black screen. If anything, there is like 1 bios beep after a few minutes.

Try using a different output on the card. Maybe something with the connection.

I've tried HDMI, DVI and VGA, all possible outputs on the card
