Question Black screen after booting and showing windows logo

When i start my PC it boots as usual with windows logo and goes black.The monitor and display is fine as i can see brightness at the edges.Also note that there is no cursor blinking or mouse cursor.i tried booting into safe mode by recovering into "advance repair" but even booting into safe mode there it is same problem.
Note that i dont have a windows iso to reinstall windows and i tried connecting monitor cable to motherboard from graphic card also.

Gtx 1050 ti
Gigabyte s2 h110m
8gigs ddr4 ram
1 tb segate hdd + 250 gb my old hdd
Windows 10 enterprise

Have you tried using the onboard graphics from the motherboard to the monitor? There is a d-sub port on your motherboard. Connect that to your monitor and see if it will post like that.

As i said Ya i tried it too.
I disconnected from gpu and connected to VGA port on motherboard and changed the settings on bios by "enabling" on intel gpu and changing pci to IGFX before hand.
But still it shows blackscreen after booting.

Have you tried resetting bios to original/optimal settings?

I never changed or messed up with it and
I did it for the first time i mean to use onboard gpu.But then again i change back the settings when it didn't worked.The bios never bothered me in 3 years.
