BLACK SCREEN AFTER CPU UPGRADe

I upgraded my acer aspire 5532 laptop from a AMD Athlon X64 processor to a AMD Turion 64X 2 Dual core processor and it booted up and everything worked fine for a few minutes, all of the components posted but then after about 10 or 15 minutes i got a windows 8.1 DPC_Watchdog_VIOLATION error and blue screen of death so it rebooted and did it a couple more times i have tried many things such as rebooting with no battery just a cable and vice versa. now when i turn it on no bios screen comes on or anything just complete black screen.

You might need to reinstal Windows since I don't see a simpler fix.
