Question Black screen after deinstalling nvidia drivers

Yes. This was totally stupid and I dont know what I expected. Now all I have is a black screen.

After this accident I tried restarting my pc
-nothing happened-, so I tried booting into BIOS, but the screen stayed black. Then I removed my SSD to, in my idea, force the pc to go into BIOS, but that didnt work out either... Any suggestions?

By the way, my pc seems to be running fine as far as I can tell: Leds are on, fans are spinning and no weird leds are flashing on my motherboard.
Also, this thread might totally be in the wrong place as I have no idea where to post it.

Full system spec?
and what exact did you do to deinstall the driver

Specs:
MSI B350M Bazooka
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Zotac Geforce GTX 1050 Ti OC
8GB Ram
WD 250GB M.2 SSD (Running Windows and some other applications)
External 2TB HDD (Running everything else)

I believe I simply disabled the graphics driver in the device manager...

that not uninstall driver.
can you get into safe mode?
if not, might need to reinstall windows

For now I couldnt get into safe mode, although I might try some different ways. I thought about putting my ssd in a different pc, maybe then I am able to "reinstall" the drivers (yes, I technically never installed it, but I have no idea how to re-enable the drivers again without using the task manager).

Uhhh, yeah I just realized I actually deinstalled the drivers. I was in the programs and features tab, not the device manager. Yeahh that sucks.

Edit: I guess that also explains why BIOS isnt coming up
