Question black screen after enabling secure boot

i am trying to get windows 11 installed and i was required to enable secure boot. i did and now just a black screen. the fans ramp up for a few seconds then back down. this keeps happening over and over.

i tried clearing c mos by button, then by jumper, then by removing battery and letting it sit for 10 minutes while pushing the power button. i have removed the m.2 ssd and still nothing.

please help

How are you trying to install Windows 11 - clean install?
