Black screen after format

I have lenovo g550 laptop that had windows 7, i format the computer to win10 which causes the following things. I see lenovo logo ,and the screen work.then, before i see the windows logo i see black screen witout mouse for 20-40 minutes, and then windows logo and the computer work fine. It happen every start.
I tried some thinga that didnt work.
1. Format back to win7( i know how to fornat weel if thats the issue)
2. Format again to win 10
3.put out the battery and the power ans press the power .
4. Installed driver from nvdia
5.used another monitor with hdmi and the blue connector cable( dvi)
6.tried to change things in the bios.
7. At msconfig unable all the windows services.
I dont know.what to do,please help.
It happend direcly after the format.

I'd suggest you attempt to boot into Windows using the Windows installation media disk/drive. Check if your system will be able to boot then. Before doing that you should make sure your Windows installation media is the first boot priority instead of the hard drive. I'd also suggest you use another computer to create a bootable flash drive with a DOS version of an HDD diagnostic utility, It will allow you to test the health and SMART status of your laptop's hard drive without booting into Windows. Have you tried running any Windows Repair Options from the installation/recovery disk? Check if your laptop is still covered by the warranty from the manufacturer's official website.
