Black screen after graphics card driver install

I have a laptop with Windows 8.1.After i installed Intel HD Graphics 3000 computer stuck in black screen whatever i do .I try to boot in Windows installation cd and boot in safe mode but nothing

May need to go into your Bios and change the Video Card settings to read from the Intel Graphics instead of other graphics.

There isn't such an option in BIOS
