Question Black screen after install new Graphic card MSI Radeon RX 5700 xt Gaming X

Hi I install a new graphic card in my PC. When I turn on I have no signal or imaging, only black screen. I download the the drivers in the PC before with my old graphic card. What can I do. because I try also using the VGA cable in the MB connection but still black screen. and everything it is working the new RGB case fans the graphic card even is on the RGB and everything. Help

System:
W10
CPU AMD Rysen 5 1600
PSU: Rosewill Gaming 80 Plus Bronze 1000w
New CPU: MSI AMD RX 5700 XT Gaming X 8gb.

vga? are you using some adapter to the gpu to monitor?
make and model of the psu?

No, no adapter from the gpu to the monitor I am using HDMI since 5 years ago or more. The PSU specifications are above in the original message.
