Question Black screen after installing a new ram

Pc specs:
Mobo: gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H
Cpu: Ryzen 3 3200g
ram: kingston hyperX fury 8gb ddr4 2666mhz cl16

Hi, so I bought this new ram to upgrade my system with, its a Kingston hyperx fury 8gb ddr4 2666mhz cl16. But when I install it into my system my pc wont post and just stuck in a black screen. But when we tried it with another pc it booted up and detected the ram but still has 8 gb even though it says it should be 16 gb. Then I tried the new ram alone with both pc and they just went black screen. Is it just a case of dead ram?

Btw the specs of the other pc

Ram: Vengence lpx 8gb ddr4 2400mhz
Gpu:gt 710

Could be (partially) faulty RAM, you should check them one by one.
Did you try to reset CMOS/BIOS between changes ?

Yep I've tried the new ram on its own with both pc's and both didn't boot. I've also tried reseting bios by removing CMOS battery, still nothing
