[SOLVED] Black Screen after installing drivers.

This morning my PC froze while gaming and I haven't got it to work since. Everything works fine until I download the GPU drivers and the PC tries to switch to GPU display. Screen will turn black mid download and will not boot until MOBO lets me boot in safe mode. After using DDU and removing the drivers, I can boot and operate outside of safe mode until I try to install the drivers again. Have tried 2 different GPU's both give same issue.

Wondering how I can tell if it is a GPU, MOBO, or PSU issue.

Patriot Burst 2.5" 480GB SATA III Internal SSD

Intel Core i5-8500 Coffee Lake 6-Core 3.0 GHz (4.1 GHz Turbo) LGA 1151 (300 Series) 65W CPU

ASRock H370 Pro4 LGA 1151 (300 Series) Intel H370 SATA 6Gb/s ATX Intel Motherboard

Team T-Force Vulcan 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (x2) RAM

visiontek AMD radeon HD 7850 GPU

Not sure the PSU model but it is a 650W

have had the PC since 2018, GPU since 2015-ish

If you search around it's windows problem. No matter how and any combination you install the os and driver it's useless. My co workers 3 of them are in the same situation. In my case I have an old build with Nvidia gtx470. If it ain't broken don't upgrade
