Black screen after installing gpu driver. win 7

So after installing windows 7 ultimate ,i booted in system fine and than i installed gtx 750 ti latest driver and after restarting pc,after windows logo i get only black screen with mouse cursor. I tried booting in safe mode and reinstalling drivers and nothing worked.I tried using Display driver installer too and still doesn't work.
I had this gpu in my pc before installing new windows and it worked fine.

Did you install all other drivers (motherboard; chipset, IMEI drivers) etc? There's very likely a cross-dependency between them, and you'll need a fully updated W7 Ultimate to use the latest drivers.

yes i tried first time i installed win i installed driver booster and it downloaded all drivers and black screen,than i tried downloading them manually trough motherboard site and still notihing.

Tools like Driver Booster etc are generally a bad idea.

From the MB vendors site should be your first route. Have you performed all Windows Updates?

yes i did
