a get a black screen after I install the drivers for an rx570, please help.

Where did you download the drivers? Is it a brand new card or bought 2nd hand?

I downloaded the drivers from the official amd website, and the gpu is 2nd hand but i know the gpu is working because it worked in my friends PC
