Hello everyone. I know this has been aswered many times, I had seen almost every post about this issue, but I can't fix my problem. Today I bought a new 4GB DDR3 1333 RAM module (here the datasheet http://www.kingston.com/dataSheets/KVR13N9S8_4.pdf), which I think it's compatible with my old RAM since it is equal (here the datasheet of the old one http://www.kingston.com/dataSheets/KVR1333D3N9_4GKC.pdf), so I thought it would fit properly with the other. But when I install the new RAM and then switch on the computer, nothing appears at the screen, even my drivers aren't working since I can't light on the LED of the caps lock of the keyboard, etc. This happens having the two RAM connected, and only the new one too, but just with the old RAM the computer runs as it should. It is possible that the new module is broken or somehow it is incompatible with my motherboard?

I removed the BIOS battery for the reset, changed the RAM's slots (the old one works in any slot)... I'm sure I miss something or I'm doing something wrong.

Here a pic of my motherboard data: http://puu.sh/pazKE/6b6e715cfa.png

And here the data of my old RAM: http://puu.sh/pazMd/6730169ed9.png

Looking forward for any answer. Many thanks for your attention.

Appears to be a newer stick, if so it's made with high density memory ICs (chips) which aren't compatible with the G41 chipset, which was made for the DRAM at the time which used low density ICs, might look at the GSkill NT series of value DRAM which is made with low density ICs

Hi, thanks for answering.

So do you think the problem is the density of IC on the new stick? If so and f it isn't an inconvenient, what specific module do you think would fit better in my computer from the GSkill NT series you were talking about?
