I upgraded from a MSI AMD Radeon RX 570 to a MSI NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2070 SUPER. Before taking out the old card I uninstalled the drivers using DDU. After I installed the new card, on start up I get the windows loading screen and then no signal. I'm able to start in safe mode and the device manager says I've got the new card installed. When I re-install the old card everything works fine.

Motherboard:Asrock N68-GS4 FX
Power Supply: Corsair RM750 - 750 W

Please provide the full information of the specs.

Which OS you are using?
Next time boot your PC in safe mode - open > Control Panel > Device Manager

And check under Display Adapters for the RTX 2070 graphics card.

If you can see it uninstall all the drivers and reinstall a fresh copy after downloading it from official website.

If you can't see it install the new drivers fresh.

I tried reinstalling fresh drivers but I'm still getting the same problem.

I'm running windows 10.
